Please Note: Due to the nature of liquidation sales, most items are sold “as-is” and cannot be returned. However, we understand situations may arise where a return is necessary. We’ll do our best to accommodate you under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a full refund for the damaged item(s) or a replacement, subject to availability.   • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll verify the discrepancy and issue a full refund for the missing item(s).
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one, free of charge.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used Items: Due to hygiene concerns and the “as-is” nature of our sales, used items cannot be returned.
  • Missing Original Packaging: Items not returned in their original packaging are not eligible for refunds. This ensures the safe return of the item and allows us to resell it.
  • Customer-Damaged Items: We cannot offer refunds for items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Return Process:
