Every pallet is secured with industrial steel or polyester strapping to prevent load shifting during transit.
Pallets are fully stretch-wrapped with multiple layers of industrial film to keep items bundled and dust-free.
We use standard 48″×40″ GMA pallets that are accepted by all major freight carriers and forklifts nationwide.
Every shipment is labeled with your delivery address, order number, and carries full freight insurance coverage.
Important Delivery Information
Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday. Custom orders may take 3–5 business days.
Freight Damage Claims
If your pallet arrives visibly damaged, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph all damage. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you in filing a freight carrier insurance claim.
Shipping Costs & Quotes
Shipping costs vary by pallet weight, dimensions, and destination. We provide shipping quotes before finalizing your order. For large bulk or truckload orders, we negotiate the best freight rates on your behalf.
Delivery Appointment
Many freight deliveries require a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment. Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.
Address Requirements
Freight pallets are delivered via semi-truck. Please ensure your delivery address has dock or ground-level access, or notify us if a liftgate service is required (additional fee may apply). Residential deliveries are available with prior notice.
Alaska & Hawaii
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but additional freight surcharges apply due to the remote nature of these destinations. Contact us before ordering for an accurate shipping quote to these states. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days.
